At TTE, accountability is key both individual and team success. Players are expected to own their actions and performance, committing to themselves and each other.
Goal-setting & Progress Tracking: We provide “accountability” trackers like Squaddy and GroupMe to log reps and upload videos of training sessions.
Preparation, Punctuality, Attendance: Players must be on time, often early, and attend every practice, game, and tournament. If unable to attend, players must communicate with coaches.
Adhering to Team Expectations: Effective communication, strong work ethic, and comprehension are essential. We use a process of “see, hear, and review,” including playbooks with simulations and skill expectations, to ensure players understand and can confidently execute expectations.
Learning from Mistakes: Perfection is unrealistic. Players are encouraged to take responsibility for mistakes, reflect, and grow from the experience.
