Elevate your game with a new skill each week. Learn and develop with our experienced elite coaching staff through skills and drills designed around key lacrosse concepts. This program is designed to help build each athlete's confidence and skills to get you to the elite level. Sessions will include a mix of position-specific training, fundamentals and footwork, Shake School next-level concepts, and live gameplay and coaching. The goal of the Triple Threat Elite Academy is to fine-tune your lacrosse skills and IQ to go from good to great. We are here for you every step of the way. Take the next step and register today.

Let's Lax 101 Session II

This class is lacrosse for beginners to break down the fundamentals of lacrosse in a 3-week training program. Learn a different skill every week from the Triple Threat Elite coaching staff. At the end of the 3 weeks, you will have learned everything you need to get on the field this spring. No experience is required, all are welcome. Branch out this winter and try something new!

Description: Learn the techniques needed to stand out at tryouts this spring! Get noticed and lead the pack with a Power Hour of skills and small-sided drills to get you ready. Utilize our elite coaching and concepts to boost your game to the next level.
Goalies will receive position specific training from one of our experienced goalie coaches before getting into the mix and getting live shots.

Hone your skills and elevate your game with goalie-specific training. Each session is capped at 6 goalies to ensure hands-on training for each goalie with our Triple Threat Elite staff.
Shake School Lacrosse Skills Clinic

Train like a pro with the Triple Threat Elite coaching staff that is officially sponsored and trained to teach the Shake School Lacrosse method. Go through Shake School Lacrosse’s game-changing concepts and get hands-on guidance on how to perfect them. Registration is open to the first 30 athletes to register and is open for athletes in grades 8 through 12.

Ally earned unanimous first-team All-America honors for the second year in a row, ACC and IWLCA Midfielder of the Year, NCAA All-Tournament Team and first-team All-ACC. Break down the elements of your shot, develop high-level shooting and dodging techniques, and master your footwork.

This year Ally led UNC and was sixth in the ACC with a career-high 116 draw controls and had 11 draw controls in the ACC Championship. Ally has mastered the skill and wants to share her expertise with you! Join us for a power hour learning drills and techniques to perfect your draw skills like a pro.
