Our Triple Threat Elite 3rd/4th Futures program is a great place to start for an early introduction to elite level lacrosse! Players who start with us at this level have more fun and have a higher Lax game IQ when they transition to our Triple Threat Elite teams.
If your daughter is showing significant interest in learning and playing more lacrosse after the spring season finishes, this could be the perfect fit for her. The program is a light commitment at a reasonable price and she will benefit from more time with knowledgeable experienced coaches!
Space is limited so please register early. This program is geared towards young competitive athletes looking for a more challenging, fun, and thorough lacrosse experience. Triple Threat Elite Futures introduces our youngest players to what it takes to compete at the elite level while building self-confidence and teamwork skills.
Fee includes 6 practices, tournament fees, and a Triple Threat Elite Futures jersey.
Let's Lax 101 Session II

This class is lacrosse for beginners to break down the fundamentals of lacrosse in a 3-week training program. Learn a different skill every week from the Triple Threat Elite coaching staff. At the end of the 3 weeks, you will have learned everything you need to get on the field this spring. No experience is required, all are welcome. Branch out this winter and try something new!

Description: Learn the techniques needed to stand out at tryouts this spring! Get noticed and lead the pack with a Power Hour of skills and small-sided drills to get you ready. Utilize our elite coaching and concepts to boost your game to the next level.
Goalies will receive position specific training from one of our experienced goalie coaches before getting into the mix and getting live shots.

Shake School Lacrosse Skills Clinic

Train like a pro with the Triple Threat Elite coaching staff that is officially sponsored and trained to teach the Shake School Lacrosse method. Go through Shake School Lacrosse’s game-changing concepts and get hands-on guidance on how to perfect them. Registration is open to the first 30 athletes to register and is open for athletes in grades 8 through 12.

This year Ally led UNC and was sixth in the ACC with a career-high 116 draw controls and had 11 draw controls in the ACC Championship. Make sure you are leading the pack by perfecting the skills that will take you to the next level. We will be kicking it into high gear with a power hour of Shake School style skills and concepts for offensive and defensive players that will have you thinking outside of the box. We will create situations to grow your lax IQ and vision for sliding, and reading and reacting. Goalies will jump right into the mix and see shots from 1 v 1s to small-sided gameplay.
