Train like a pro with the Triple Threat Elite coaching staff that is officially sponsored and trained to teach the Shake School Lacrosse method. Go through Shake School Lacrosse’s game-changing concepts and get hands-on guidance on how to perfect them. Registration is open to the first 30 athletes to register and is open for athletes in grades 8 through 12.

Ally earned unanimous first-team All-America honors for the second year in a row, ACC and IWLCA Midfielder of the Year, NCAA All-Tournament Team and first-team All-ACC. Break down the elements of your shot, develop high-level shooting and dodging techniques, and master your footwork.

This year Ally led UNC and was sixth in the ACC with a career-high 116 draw controls and had 11 draw controls in the ACC Championship. Ally has mastered the skill and wants to share her expertise with you! Join us for a power hour learning drills and techniques to perfect your draw skills like a pro.

Make sure you are leading the pack by perfecting the skills that will take you to the next level. We will be kicking it into high gear with a power hour of Shake School style skills and concepts for offensive and defensive players that will have you thinking outside of the box. We will create situations to grow your lax IQ and vision for sliding, and reading and reacting. Goalies will jump right into the mix and see shots from 1 v 1s to small-sided gameplay.

Due to tomorrow's inclement weather and unplayable field conditions from last week's snowstorm, we must reschedule tomorrow's Skills Clinic to next Saturday. The clinic will be held at Charles Chrinn Community Center Saturday, March 6. Middle School will be 8:30 - 9:30 am and High School will be 9:30 - 10:30 am. Get the skills you need to take your game to the next level. Learn key lacrosse concepts from our experienced elite coaching staff in a one hour drill and gameplay based clinic. Develop your stick skills, dodging and shooting technique, defensive positioning and footwork, goalie skills and become a well-rounded threat on the lacrosse field.
