The Triple Threat Elite girls lacrosse program offers a superior experience for the next generation of athletes. We offer year-round training based out of Hillsborough, NJ and Basking Ridge, NJ to help our athletes grow their skills and elevate their Lax IQ. Our coaching staff consists of hand-selected former collegiate players with extensive coaching experience at the youth and high school levels and teachers/coaches in your community. Triple Threat Elite athletes receive access to the nation's top events for both recruiting and competition.
We focus on a team-first mentality instilling values of hard work, teamwork, and pride in team success. We aspire to build self-confidence in each player along their journey and creating well-rounded athletes.
Elite girls lacrosse is the perfect way to keep that avid lacrosse star engaged with year-round options that do not conflict with recreation programs or high school teams. We are an organization of highly competitive girls teams for youth (4th-8th grade) and high school (9th-11th grade) players primarily based out of Iron Peak Sports and Events in Hillsborough, NJ. Each athlete will receive team practices, position-specific training sessions, a strength and conditioning program, and entry into tournaments with a high level of competition and exposure. In addition, Triple Threat Elite athletes will receive a Shake School Player Membership, recruiting tools and expert guidance, and free game film through IWLCARecruits.

Our Triple Threat Elite 3rd/4th Futures program is perfect for beginner lacrosse players to intermediate-level players.
